The Stamford Cares Program (operated as a program of Family Centers) offers medical case management, mental health services, and housing coordination to over 300 people with HIV/AIDS and their families to live longer and more satisfying lives.  RRF funds Project Good START, supporting testing and treatment for high risk individuals.
